Classic airplane with a modern touch

Our 1967 Cherokee 140 has been around the block a few times, but don't let the patina fool you; N3452K has a brand new panel featuring an Aspen E5 PFD, Garmin GNX375 WAAS GPS and ADS-B in and out transponder, and a GTR200B com radio and intercom with Bluetooth connectivity, not to mention all the fuses replaced with circuit breakers.

Our Cherokee also has the RAM 160hp O-320-E3D, with the personal touch of hot pink baffling and blue silicone baffle seals, as well as the Horton STOL kit, which includes leading edge extensions and cuffs, fences top and bottom, extended dorsal fin, and vertical stabilizer vortex generators.

Close enough to drive to, far enough to be quiet. Located just west of the southern tip of Sebago Lake, it's an easy drive from the city of Portland and other busy areas. Train at a cost effective and quiet local airport where everyone knows everyone and there's no waiting for clearance from tower to taxi or a line of other school planes to take off.
